Each athlete will need the following "equipment" to successfully participate in Indoor Track:
- Good quality running shoes: A good quality pair of running shoes that have been properly fitted are essential since running shoe are the foundation for the athlete's body. Poor quality or worn out running shoes are, in my opinion, one of the leading cause of injuries in high school track & field.
- Clothing: We will at time be practicing outside during cold and wet conditions. You will need pants, hat, gloves, shell. Try to use synthetic fabrics and avoid cotton. Layers are good.
